Lost Cards

If the card is lost or stolen or the card particulars are disclosed to the third party person or any card transactions has been effected without the authorisation of the customer and the cardholder, the customer and/ or the cardholder must immediately

a) Notify and give the bank a written confirmation: and
b) Lodge a police report, in respect of such a loss, theft, disclose or authorised card transactions.

Replacement of Card
  • If a cardholder(s) losses or changes his/her card, the Bank may at its discretion issue a replacement card as the cardholder(s) may require
Safety Tips
  • Please sign the back of your card
  • Memorise your Pin
  • Inform us if your mobile number changes to secure your SMS notification
  • Keep your card in a safe place
  • DO NOT share your Pin with anyone
  • DO NOT write down the Pin anywhere
  • DO NOT use your ATM Pin when purchasing over the internet
  • DO NOT forget to report your card lost or stolen to our Call Centre
