This serves to notify you of the changes to be made in lieu of the above cited
tender.
- First statement on the Invitation to tender should read as follows:
Sealed Tender Offers are invited from local/international/joint ventures/Partnerships who are licensed Oracle Partners for provision of “A Services Contract for the Renewal of Oracle Software Update License and Support”. - On Page 3 of 44 of the ITT, the opening statement of the last paragraph should read as follows: “A non-refundable fee of P400.00 (or USD equivalent for international bidders) shall be paid by interested bidders before collection of tender documents”.
- Foreign companies must be in possession of certified documentation by relevant issuing Authorities defining the constitution or legal status, place of registration and principal place of Business.
- For Joint ventures /Partnerships, joint venture or partnership agreements or Powers of Attorney must be attached.
- The closing date of the tender shall remain the same, 14th August 2023 at 1000hrs. Late tender offers would not be accepted..
