Mothoeng has been with BSB since 2015 having held the portfolio of Manager Strategy and Manager Human Resource respectively. Mothoeng is an accomplished Corporate Strategist and Industrial Psychologist with over 15 years of experience. Mothoeng has experience in Strategy and Project
Management (Change Management), Human Resource Management, and Policy and Process Development. He boasts experience in the ICT, Automotive/Manufacturing and Banking industries as well Parastatals & Government.
He recently led BSB to deliver Lesedi2025 Strategy which was launched in 2022.
Mothoeng’s qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organisational Psychology and Human Resource Management with a Professional certification in PRINCE2® Project Management Practitioner and Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard Graduate. Mothoeng loves spending his free time by reading.

Mooketsi Nkau as Head Internal Audit.
Nkau joined BSB in 2018 having held a position of Senior Internal Auditor. Nkau holds membership with the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, from the
University of Botswana, and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Nkau has 10 years’ experience as an Auditor, having previously worked as an External Auditor with PwC Botswana, where he was responsible for carrying out various statutory audit engagements. Nkau has a strong understanding of organisational Risk Management, Corporate Governance, and Internal Controls.

Tshepang Mokhurutshe as Head Legal and Board Secretary. Mokhurutshe has been with BSB since 2019 having held position of Manager Legal and Board Secretary. Tshepang Mokhurutshe is a
Corporate Attorney and Board Secretary with over 6 years industry experience. She started her career at Armstrong’s Attorneys where her role involved Capital Markets, Project Financingand Mergers &
Acquisitions etc. At BSB Tshepang currently specializes in Board and Company Secretarial Services, as well as Legal Risk Mitigation and Corporate Governance Management. Mokhurutshe is a well-rounded scholar with Degrees in Political Science, Human Rights and Law.
