BOTSWANA SAVINGS BANK SUCCESSFULLY LISTS WITH BOTSWANA STOCK EXCHANGE
Botswana Savings Bank (BSB) successfully lists with Botswana Stock Exchange a bond worth P1 billion.
The recent successful bond issuance, was facilitated by Stanbic Bank Botswana as the Lead Arranger and Advisor to Botswana Savings Bank establishment of its P 1000 000 00.00 Domestic Medium Term Note programme on the Botswana Stock Exchange.
The note programme facilitated BSB’s successful debut issuance across various tenors which were listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange. This issuance which was subscribed by a diverse institutional investor base, will provide ease of access to capital for BSB.
