BSB/POU/RD/020: 2023: EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE EMPANELMENT OF REAL ESTATE COMPANIES FOR VALUATION SERVICES TO BSB CUSTOMERS TO 100% CITIZEN-OWNED ENTITIES

1. Interested bidders who are 100% citizen owned companies or individuals registered with PPRA are invited from Local Real Estate Valuation Companies/Firms for the expression of interest for inclusion into the panel for valuing properties for Botswana Savings Bank customers for a period of 12 months.
2. The Procuring department is Botswana Savings Bank, Risk Department, Credit Risk Section, Gaborone.
3. Bidders are required to be members in good standing of Real Estate Advisory Committee (REAC), or any other real estate professional body in Botswana. The bidder is also expected to submit supporting documentation to that effect. They
   should also be appropriately licensed to trade and or supply the services tendered for, and in possession of requisite documentation to trade and or supply such services according to the Laws of Botswana.
4. Interested bidders should be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and in possession of Code 316: Real Estate Services, Sub-Code 03: Property Valuation and Rating. The codes are to be verified online.
5. All applicable citizen economic empowerment schemes such as Local Procurement Scheme (LPS), Citizen Economic Empowerment Programme (CEEP) and Economic Diversification Drive (EDD) shall be considered for evaluation and awarding
   purposes.
6. Method of Submission: Interested bidders must drop their sealed EOI into tender box located at Floor Number 4, BSB Head Office;
