Botswana Savings Bank(BSB) is an institution wholly owned by the Government of Botswana, with specific mandate of mobilizing the nation to save, as well as providing additional financial services solutions.

BSB recognizes the financial hardships that customers may be experiencing, due to the effects of the COVID-19(Coronavirus) Pandemic. In a bid to provide financial relief to its customers, the Bank has introduced the following measures:

BSB CORONA VIRUS RELIEF MEASURES
All affected customers in good credit standing:
- Are entitled to apply for a repayment holiday - for a maximum of 3 months for thier BSB loan facilities.
- The tenure of such loans will get extended to a maximum of 3 months.
- Each application will be assessed on its own merit subject to the Botswana Savings Bank's Credit Policy.
- Interest shall continue to accrue on the outstanding portion of the term loans during the moratorium period.
