Botswana Savings Bank recently participated at an annual CR2 Conference in Dubai under the theme: Digital Banking and Payments Speaking at the conference, Pedzani Tafa – BSB Chief Operations Officer focused on the “ Impact of Banking to the Society and how Botswana Savings Bank has addressed this in the Botswana Market Creating Value to Customers”.
The Bank has started implementing its digitization strategy, in order to reach out to more customers, create efficiencies and customer convenience, by launching new digital channels, such as internet banking and mobile banking.
