Tender offers are invited from Local (100% Citizen owned) Contractors for the Provision Of Cleaning Services At BSB Offices across the country. The procuring department is Botswana Savings Bank Human Capital Department, Facilities & Admin Section. Bidders who are to be considered for award of the contract should be appropriately licensed to trade and or supply the services tendered for, and in possession of requisite documentation to trade and or supply such services according to the laws of Botswana. The tender is open to 100% citizen owned companies. EDD/ LPS/CEEP government policies on Citizen Empowerment shall be applied in this tender for evaluation and award purposes.
With effect from 27th April 2026, Tender documents shall be available in soft copies only. Bidders must share proof of payment upon payment of the tender fee to procurementunit@bsb.bw and attach to the bid submitted.
A non-refundable fee of 500.00 Botswana Pula (BWP) shall be paid by interested bidders to be eligible to tender. Youth-owned companies shall purchase the tender at half price (citizens only).
