Inaugural Issuance

Botswana Savings Bank (BSB or Issuer) established a BWP 1 000 000 000 Note Programme (Programme) on 21st March 2022 pursuant to which BSB may from time-to-time issue notes (Notes), which may constitute secured or unsecured Senior Notes or Subordinated Notes of any maturity. Notes issued under the Programme are to be denominated in Botswana Pula (BWP). The maximum aggregate principal amount of all Notes from time to time outstanding under the Programme will not exceed BWP 1,000,000,000.

The following tranches of Notes have been issued by way of private placement under the Programme, and the BSEL has approved the listing of the Notes on, or about, the 14th of December 2022:
