QUALIFIED 100% CITIZEN OWNED SUPPLIERS AND/OR SERVICE PROVIDERS/COMPANIES OPERATING IN BOTSWANA

Background
Botswana Savings Bank (BSB) invites suitably qualified 100% citizen owned suppliers and/or service providers/companies operating in Botswana to register for inclusion in the BSB supplier database.

Brief Summary of Procurements
Botswana Savings Bank (BSB) is updating its supplier database that will be used
for a period of one (1) year and therefore invites companies providing the following
products/services for registration:

  1. Catering
  2. Fire Products and services
  3. Pest control
  4. Building Maintenance
  5. Consultancy
  6. Stationery, consumables and office equipment
  7. Events management and décor
  8. Banners and outdoor displays
  9. Corporate clothing and promotional materials
  10. Property and Vehicle valuators
  11. General Supplies
  12. Graphic Designers
  13. Services (Litigation, Conveyancing, Debt Collection etc.

Compliance Requirements
Submissions should have the following attachments:
a) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
b) CIPA company documentation


Submission of Proposals
a) Submission shall only be through BSB’s online supplier registration portal with
the below link:
https://procurement.bsb.bw , and follow the instructions.


No physical submission of hard copies shall be allowed.
